"Referral bonus turned into a headache"
I sent my friend my referral link, they signed up like they were supposed to, and then the reward just never showed up. I figured it would be a simple fix, but support kept sending the same generic replies and nothing actually got resolved. i wasn’t expecting something small like a referral bonus to become this stressful. If you’re joining mainly for the bonus, I wouldn’t count on it.

"Buying tickets was kind of a mess"
I tried buying tickets through the app, but it kept lagging and acting weird. I never really felt confident that the purchase actually went through, if that makes sense. It was just more stressful than it needed to be.

I reached out to support sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and it was frustrating. The replies felt like they were just copied and pasted, and I had to wait ages between messages. In the end, nothing actually got fixed, so it felt like a total waste of time.

"Convenient, but I probably won’t use it again"
I gave Jackpocket a try because it seemed like an easy way to grab a ticket without going out, and the app itself was simple to use. Everything went through fine, and I can see why people might like the convenience. But after looking at the total, the service fees kind of ruined it for me. It just felt like each ticket ended up costing more than it should, so I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

"Cashing out was a pain"
I tried to cash out and suddenly there were all these extra steps I wasn’t expecting. Funny how putting money in was super easy, but getting it back was a whole mess. I reached out to support and they didn’t really help much. I’m not using this again.

I tried setting some limits on Jackpocket, and it was more of a hassle than I expected. I’ve used other betting or lottery-related apps before where the responsible gaming settings were much easier to find, so this felt frustrating. "I had an issue with my account and..."
I had an issue with my account and reached out to support, and the auto-reply came through quickly. After that though, really, it was just silence for days.

When someone finally replied, it felt like a basic copy-and-paste answer and didn’t actually solve anything. I responded again, and now I’m stuck waiting all over again, which is frustrating when you need help quickly.

"Prize claim support could’ve been a lot better"
I won a prize and thought Jackpocket would make the claiming process straightforward. Instead, it ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. The responses I got were slow and felt generic, like they weren’t really addressing what I was asking. I had to check back more than once, and even then it kind of felt like I was figuring it out on my own. When money is involved, you’d hope the support would feel a little more solid. Overall, not the best experience...

i bought the tickets and then the actual ticket image wouldn’t even show up... like that’s kind of the whole point right, i just wanted to see what i paid for. support took forever and didn’t really explain anything either. definitely not using this again

I tried to withdraw my money and it just sat there pending forever. Support wasnt much help either, mostly vague replies that didnt really explain anything. I ended up waiting way longer than I expected, and Im not planning to use Jackpocket for withdrawals again.

"Wish there were more ways to pay"
I gave Jackpocket a try, but the payment options were frustrating. My regular card wouldn’t go through, and there really weren’t many other choices after that. I don’t think I’m being picky here — if I’m trying to use an app like this, adding money should be the easy part. Without better payment options, it just doesn’t feel very useful to me.

"Always Freezes at the Worst Time"
I don’t know what’s going on with this app, but it seems to freeze right when I actually need it, especially when I’m trying to check my tickets. It’s frustrating, and it makes you wonder if anyone really tested it properly before rolling it out. Definitely not something I’d call reliable

"Location eligibility was way off"
jackpocket said I was eligible around my area, so I made an account and went through the whole setup like everything was good to go.
Then when I actually tried to use it, it kept saying my location didn’t qualify. Same phone, same address, nothing about my situation had changed.

it was annoying and felt like a waste of time. If the location checker isn’t accurate, they really shouldn’t let people get that far.
